The Opportunity
Skylight Intermediaries is marketing Futurisks, LLC to commercialize its patented and innovative Awear™ adult monitoring solution to stop the perpetual and complex problem of domestic violence. Awear™ is the world’s most advanced wearable security device.
Futurisk, LLC is a technology invention company focused on socially redeeming innovations to solve some of the world’s most challenging problems across domestic violence, child safety and management, and firearm safety.
Awear™ merges state-of-the-art technology with modern design to provide significantly increased safety to victims of domestic violence and cost savings to the court system.
Awear™, which is similar in appearance to existing smartwatches, consists of a patented and inconspicuous monitoring wristlet device worn by the abuser and victim and an accompanying independent wearable charging band. Unique features include its inconspicuous design, patented tamper-proof technology, integrated AI for pattern recognition, real-time notifications, and wearable charging capabilities.
The Company seeks a strategic acquirer or licensee with both resources and channels to fully commercialize the value of the technology.
Awear™ Value Proposition
Traditional bulky ankle monitoring devices worn by enrollees and mobile apps provided to victims overlook the psychological realities that perpetuate the cycle of domestic violence and abuse. Ankle bracelets are stigmatizing devices that often result in enrollees choosing to remain incarcerated, at great cost to court systems. Victims, on average, experience 50 incidents of domestic violence before getting effective help. Mobile apps currently entrusted for victim monitoring and safety allow the carrying device to be intentionally or unintentionally left behind or shut down. Awear™ secures these gaps.
1. Patented FOURce Multiplier™ Tamper-Proof Technology: The Awear™ wristlet incorporates four safety features to eliminate the risk of forced removal, contoursion, manipulation, or cutting and significantly reduce the number of false tampering alerts.
2. Inconspicuous Design and Constant Connectivity: The inconspicuous and stylish design of the Awear™ wristlet, together with its state-of-the-art technology, allows the victim and abuser to truly remain in 24/7/365 contact with monitoring agencies.
3. Integrated AI for Predictive Pattern Recognition: The Awear™ wristlet contains built-in AI to continuously monitor and analyze abuser behavior and provides automatic, real-time notifications to monitoring agencies, in the event of suspicious behavior.
It’s time to break the cycle of Domestic Violence

and the stigmatizing effects of traditional ankle monitors
